Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Consultation
Initial consultations booked through our website are provided free of charge with no obligation. You may cancel or reschedule a consultation at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
2. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.
3. Refund Policy for Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun and work has commenced. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new billing period and no significant work has been delivered, a full refund for that month will be issued. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
4. Refund Policy for Project-Based Work
For one-time project-based services (e.g., website design, campaign setup), the following refund schedule applies:
- Before work begins: 100% refund of any deposit paid
- During the discovery/planning phase: 75% refund
- After deliverables have been provided: No refund, as work has been completed and delivered
5. Dissatisfaction & Revisions
If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. We offer revision rounds as specified in your service agreement and will work with you to meet your expectations. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with the final outcome.
6. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is non-refundable through Peako. These charges are managed directly by the advertising platforms and are subject to their respective refund policies.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel services, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, the service in question, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
