2. Services

Peako provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Design & Development. All services are customized based on client needs and agreed upon in a formal service agreement or proposal before work begins.

3. Service Agreements

Upon booking a consultation and agreeing to proceed, a detailed service agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be provided. Work will commence only after both parties have agreed to and signed the service agreement and the initial payment has been received.

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services is provided on a per-project or monthly retainer basis, as outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the agreement. Prices listed on the website represent starting rates and may vary based on the scope and complexity of the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary accounts, assets, content, and approvals as required for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by Peako become the property of the client upon full payment. Peako retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, and any sensitive information exchanged.

8. Limitation of Liability

While Peako strives to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates, as these depend on various external factors. Peako's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
